However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters. They provide a point of contact for patients, their families and their carers . Contact number: 01706 652853
It is always nice to hear when we are doing things well and we appreciate any compliments we receive. If you would like to leave any compliments, then you can do so by addressing them to Stefan Ilnyckyj our Practice Manager and he will let the individual or group of people know.
