Rochdale Road Medical Centre is a member of the Middleton Integrated Healthcare Primary Care Network (PCN). This is a collaboration of GP surgeries across Middleton. We work in partnership to improve access to services across the township. The PCN now has a number of professionals to offer increased access to health care. These include:

• Clinical Pharmacists
• Pharmacy Technicians
• Social Prescribing Link Workers
• Mental Health Practitioners
• First Contact Physiotherapists
• Care Coordinators
• GP Assistants

There is a wide range of skills amongst these staff designed to enhance your access to healthcare. If your needs as a patient fit the criteria of any of the above professionals, your GP may refer you to them for further support or treatment.
